Sarah M. O'Keeffe, LCSW, is an ADHD Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) with expertise in the assessment and treatment of adult ADHD. Sarah has over 10 years' experience providing clinical counseling services and is passionate about helping adults navigate the unique challenges of ADHD.
Services
Sarah provides telehealth counseling services for adults with ADHD. This includes ADHD evaluation and ongoing counseling services. Sarah specializes in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, which are both evidence-based therapies and proven by research to help individuals with ADHD.
Approach
My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, compassion, and non-judgment. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where my clients feel comfortable and where they can develop the skills and tools they need to thrive. I make it a priority to look at what is going well in your life and build upon that in addition to problem solving areas in your life that are not going so well so we can find solutions together.
