Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. I use Headway to manage my billing and insurance verification so that I can place all of my focus on our work together. Headway manages everything related to payments and insurance to make things as easy as possible for you. Don't see your insurance listed? You may still be able to use your insurance benefits to cover the cost of mental health services. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session for an out-of-network provider?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

I will provide a superbill as needed to help with out-of-network reimbursement.

Reduced fee/sliding scale services are available on a limited basis starting at $80 per session. Contact me for more information.

Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. Payments can be submitted through my secure billing platform.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do it no later than 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel 24 hours or less before your appointment (except due to illness or emergency), you will be billed a $75 no show/late cancellation fee.  You cannot make another appointment until this fee is paid. If you do not show up for an initial appointment, you will not be rescheduled.
