Not sure if you have Adult ADHD? Maybe you have been wondering for years, but for whatever reason, the time was not right for an evaluation. I provide comprehensive assessment for Adult ADHD. 

Assessment starts with an initial interview and screening evaluation to determine whether a more comprehensive evaluation is warranted. I then provide comprehensive evaluation for ADHD including a general mental health assessment and standardized ADHD assessments. This is followed by feedback session where we will go over diagnosis, recommendations, and treatment options. 

Comprehensive ADHD evaluation is completed over 3-5 visits. 

I will work with you to develop a treatment plan that addresses your personalized goals, needs, and preferences as well as builds upon your strengths. If you wish to explore medication as part of your treatment plan, I will provide written documentation for you to take to your prescriber or health care provider.

ADHD can impact your emotions, decision-making, finances, and overall health. I offer evidence-based treatments that have been proven to be effective in managing adult ADHD.

Adult ADHD can impact relationships in unique ways. I am here to help you identify areas of your relationships impacted by ADHD and help you develop skills to improve communication, build intimacy, and strengthen your relationships. 

Stress is a natural part of life, but when it becomes overwhelming, it can have a negative impact on our mental and physical health. It can also make symptoms of ADHD worse. I integrate stress management and healthy lifestyle support as part of a holistic treatment approach to adult ADHD. This includes assistance with improving sleep, healthy eating, and regular movement. I provide support to help you learn practical strategies to manage stress and improve your overall well-being as a component of ADHD treatment.
